Routine maintenance on your entire plumbing system will help all those minor irritations disappear. We will make plumbing maintenance easy on you. Schedule online, by phone, or in person. We will even remind you to schedule your appointment!  

• 1 annual check-up on your plumbing system
• Minor faucet repairs (washers only)

• Check all sink piping
• Check all fixture drains
• Check washing machine hoses
• Check all exposed hot and cold water supply lines
• Check and tag all emergency shut-offs and water shut off valves

• Check water system for leaks (Check at the city water meter or well pump)

 Option 2 includes everything listed in Option 1, plus one water heater inspection.

Tankless Water Heater

• Check operation of burner assembly
• Inspect venting
• Inspect shut off vavle

***Add $75 for Tankless Flush

Option 3 includes all items listed in both option 1 and 2 with the addition of sewer machine services and camera inspection. Limit one per year from a visible clean out located outside.
